Whistleblower system and complaint procedure
Miele fosters an open culture and a spirit of cooperation in which those affected can seek advice and voice their concerns. In addition to internal channels, we have had an external ombudsperson appointed for many years whom employees and business partners can contact confidentially and anonymously.
The ombudsperson receives information about potential violations of laws or internal rules (whistleblower system). They are also responsible for the complaint procedure under the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act. [ PDF Rules of Procedure ] responsible.
The complaints procedure allows individuals to point out risks to human rights and the environment, as well as violations of human rights or environmental obligations.
